Privacy policy

Pavesi.IO collects the minimum information needed to operate this site and respond to people who reach out. We do not use behavioral tracking, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers on our marketing site. This page explains exactly what we do and don't collect, why, and how to get in touch about it.

We try to keep this policy short and plain. If anything below is unclear, use the contact form and we'll explain.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you use our contact form or sign up to a waitlist, we receive whatever you choose to send us — typically a name, email address, and a message. We use this only to reply to you or to notify you about the product you signed up for.
• Form diagnostics. When you submit a form, we also receive technical diagnostics that help us assess whether the submission came from a real browser or an automated client. This can include browser and device details, language, timezone, screen and viewport size, page referrer, basic interaction counts, and standard request headers. We collect this only when you intentionally submit a form.
• Server access logs. Our web server records standard request metadata: IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. We use this to keep the site secure and to debug issues. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
• No profiles. We do not create visitor accounts or sell behavioral data.

What we don't collect

• No tracking cookies. We don't set cookies for analytics or advertising.
• No behavioral analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, etc.).
• No third-party tags or pixels (no Facebook pixel, no ad networks, no session replay).
• No permission-gated device data such as location, camera, microphone, or clipboard reads.
• No data sold or shared with data brokers. Ever.

How we use it

• To respond to your messages and provide what you've asked for.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the site.
• To identify likely bot, spam, or automated form submissions.
• We do not train AI models on your messages, and we do not feed your submissions into third-party AI services.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions are retained until our conversation with you is concluded, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
• Server access logs are retained for 30 days, then deleted.

Your rights

You can use the contact form at any time to request a copy of any data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We'll respond promptly. You don't need to give a reason.

Third parties

We self-host on our own servers. There are no CDNs, no third-party SaaS in the runtime path, and no embedded widgets that phone home. If we ever add a third-party service, we'll update this page first and explain what changed.

Changes

We'll update this page when something changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be called out clearly.
