Accounts

The marketing site does not offer user accounts. When individual products launch with account-based features, those accounts will be governed by each product's own terms in addition to these.

Content on Pavesi.IO is © Pavesi.IO unless otherwise noted. The Pavesi.IO name, brand, logos, and product names are reserved. Open-source code we publish is licensed separately under the license stated in its repository — those licenses, not these terms, govern your use of that code.

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavesi.IO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
