Pavesi.IO Product

Broker-focused multi-mode order entry.

PingBridge gives broker-dealers a single, controlled order pipeline across five channels — Telegram chat, Telegram MiniApp, WhatsApp, a native desktop app, and a web GUI — all routed through a FIX 4.2 engine with broker-managed permissions, encrypted audit logs, and security controls aligned with DORA. Currently in pilot stage.

Order entry channels

Five channels. One pipeline.

Every channel converges into the same risk-checked FIX path. Users pick the channel that fits the moment; broker-dealers see a single audit trail.

Telegram chat

Order entry through the Telegram bot using simple commands. Supports send, confirm, cancel, and quote.

Telegram MiniApp

A lightweight web app embedded inside the Telegram client. Structured forms for users who prefer a UI to commands.

WhatsApp

Order entry from WhatsApp via a proprietary web API integration — no third-party BSP in the runtime path.

Desktop app

Native Windows desktop client for order entry from the broker-dealer’s premises.

Web GUI

Browser-based order entry for users who prefer a web client. Same risk checks, same pipeline.

Core capabilities

What PingBridge does.

Unified order routing

Every channel converges into a single risk-checked FIX 4.2 pipeline. One audit trail, one set of broker-dealer controls, one place to investigate a fill.

SMS confirmation

When SMS is enabled for a user, PingBridge sends a six-digit confirmation code via SMS before submitting the order to FIX.

Order status notifications

Execution reports are routed back to the originating channel — the Telegram chat, MiniApp session, WhatsApp thread, desktop client, or web GUI that placed the order.

Broker-dealer control panel

A desktop GUI gives broker-dealers controls for starting and stopping services, editing system configuration, managing enabled users, and reviewing logs.

Quote lookup

Users can request market quote information from any channel. Market data is sourced from a configurable real-time provider.

Encrypted audit logs

FIX, channel, and server events are written into local audit logs encrypted at rest, reviewable from the desktop control panel.

Compliance & security

Built to be defensible.

Broker-dealers carry the regulatory load. PingBridge is engineered to support that posture, not undermine it — with controls aligned to current capital-markets and EU operational-resilience expectations.

  • DORA-aligned — designed to support broker-dealer compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act
  • Encryption at rest for audit logs, configuration store, and user records
  • TLS 1.2+ for FIX, messaging, and web transport
  • Role-based access control across the broker-dealer control panel
  • SSO support via SAML and OIDC
  • Audit logging across every order, channel, and configuration change
  • Penetration tested before each pilot rollout
  • Controls aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001
  • GDPR-compliant data handling and user-rights workflow
  • Responsible-disclosure program for security researchers

How it works

One order lifecycle, any channel.

  1. A broker-dealer configures FIX, channel, SMS, and market-data credentials in the secure configuration store.
  2. Authorized users are registered with channel identifiers, enablement, phone, and SMS settings.
  3. The broker-dealer starts the FIX engine and channel adapters from the desktop control panel.
  4. A user submits an order through any enabled channel — Telegram chat, Telegram MiniApp, WhatsApp, desktop app, or web GUI.
  5. PingBridge checks the user, parses the order, and requests SMS confirmation when enabled.
  6. Confirmed orders are converted into FIX messages and sent to the configured FIX endpoint.
  7. Execution reports are logged and routed back to the originating channel.

Status

Pilot stage.

PingBridge is currently in pilot stage. All five entry channels and the security controls listed above are in scope; final attestations (DORA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) are targeted, not yet certified. We're working with selected pilot partners to validate the workflow before broader release. Production deployment, regulatory or exchange coverage, and asset-class scope should be discussed with our team before adoption.
