What it is

A curriculum, not a workshop.

Training in capital-markets technology has to teach the platform, the regulation, and the engineering practice at once. We design curricula around the work the team is actually being asked to do — current and twelve months out — and authored materials that the next cohort can pick up.

Delivered in partnership with Mindstream Education, the practice combines structured pedagogy with subject-matter depth across trading platforms, low-latency systems, and AI for capital markets.
